All services are solely performed by Go-Cargo B.V. in the capacity of freight forwarder (expediteur). Go-Cargo B.V. never performs services in the capacity of carrier (vervoerder). To all services and legal relationships of Go-Cargo B.V., the most recent version of the Dutch Forwarding Conditions of the Fenex (Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden van de Fenex) apply, including the arbitration clause and choice for Dutch law contained therein.
